Cost is high, including cost of insurance. Rental car had dents and scrapes, and the headlights were badly misaligned, which made visibility poorer at night.

The car we got was fine, but pick up was super slow and overly complicated (shuttle from airport, then it took them 30+ min to get us & drive us to pick up the car despite the pick up location being less than one mile away). Staff wasn't super friendly or helpful--not overtly rude, just meh. Overall it's worth it to rent from elsewhere since there are so many options available.

The price was great. The whole process could be improved. The vehicle was not that great.

I waited over an hour for the shuttle bus at the airport. Every other rental car van came and went at least twice. I tried to call the office 3-4 times (was on hold for over 30 minutes) and then gave up. Don't bepenny wise pound foolish, book with a real company instead

Deal misleading. Terrible service long wait times with Shuttle and no regard for child safety when driving. Offsite pickup location very shady, workers don’t want to be bothered with you and extremely rude. WORTH EVERY PENNY GOING ELSEWHERE, which we did! Went back to airport and Used ENTERPRISE whose Professionalism , smiles, greeted us and saved the day.
