Pick up process was frustrating. The office is understaffed. Even during slow travel period there was very long wait and agent incorrectly insisted that it was “state law” that I had to pay for their insurance coverage which nearly doubled the advertised cost. I would not rent from Advantage again. The car was nice and the car return process was great.
Customer service could have been a little bit better but renting the car was easy peasy lemon squeezy. Best price in town for a car rental I would definitely use advantage car rentals again for any future rentals when I visit Las Vegas. Another Plus is the rental agency is right across from the bus terminal that takes you to the airport. Thank you advantage car rental for your service.
The vehicle was dirty on the outside with some chips in the paint around trunk area but I made sure to take a video before I left the parking lot just in case they would accuse me of damaging their rental car. They did not end up saying anything so overall this was a great place to rent a vehicle. I would use them again !!!!!
so many hidden fees
Car was dirty. Location was across the highway from the regular rental, so while there was an additional shuttle to take when we picked up the car, we had to cross that traffic, in the dark, with our luggage, because they weren’t open yet.
