Dishonest advertising of unlimited miles, when in fact Florida residents are getting only 150 miles per day, Pushy, unfriendly and un-accommodating staff. Never again
It was ok. I arrived early and they told me I needed to wait until 2pm to get the rate I paid online. I 100% understand. I initially was willing to check out early but didn’t realize it would be more expensive. I decided to wait. I reserved a full size Toyota Camry online but they gave me a Nissan Sentra. The agent told me the Sentra was a full size car which it’s absolutely not. My sister is tall so I reserved the full size and that’s what I expected. The agent lied and told me to was. I went ahead and took it because I needed a car. I did not appreciate getting a car I did not reserve
The drivers were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Quick pick up and drop off.
My flight was delayed several hours due to weather. Ace cancelled my reservation and refused to honor the price I reserved. Manager was rude. They charged me almost twice as much. Also the van I rented had some electrical issues. When I turned it in and informed them, they brushed me off and said it must have been something I did. Never using Ace again.
