Responsibilites

  • Hands-on development: analyse product specifications, design implementations, write code and rapidly deliver Android app feature designs

  • Write test cases and work with QA on a 2-weekly release cycle

As an Organic Performance manager you will be reporting to the Head of Organic Performance, helping drive Organic growth through Content Marketing, SEO, Digital PR and Social Media. You will also work closely together with the Country Manager of your market.

You have a passion for SEO, Social and Content Marketing, are a creative thinker with an analytical mindset and have experience of executing on-page SEO-initiatives and content planning. In addition to that, you have experience in analysing the organic performance of high-traffic sites and producing sharable and editorially valuable content, specifically for the German(-speaking) market(s).

Main responsibilities include

  • Supporting your line manager in hitting and exceeding organic revenue and traffic targets for your market by deploying integrated digital content strategies
  • Research, create, deliver, execute and manage a long-term socially-engaged and content driven SEO strategy for your markets
  • Tactical content planning for content marketing campaigns
  • Identifying and building relationships with influencers, bloggers
  • Keyword research and performance analysis
  • Continual on-page and off-page optimisation efforts to strengthen relevancy, improve positioning and CTRs to maximise traffic

Skills and Background

  • German native speaker (essential) and fluent in English (both written and verbal is essential)
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in an SEO. Experience from content, social media or Digital PR role is a plus
  • Proven experience of planning and executing successful content marketing, digital PR or social media campaigns
  • Good copywriting, subediting and editorial skills
  • Experienced with Facebook, Google+, Twitter and other social media channels and how different channels influence and affect each other
  • You have impeccable organisational and project management skills
  • Good communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Experience in working with MS Excel
  • You have working knowledge of common web analytics and SEO analysis tools, (e.g. Google Search Console, Majestic, Google Analytics)
  • University Degree or proven equivalent experience
