The rental facility has the most outstanding staff. Natasha and Danielle were an absolute pleasure to meet and do business with. I will unhesitatingly recommend this branch to everyone. It was a challenging time for I was taking my husband's ashes home. Natasha and Danielle were compassionate , supportive and efficient. I felt very " looked after".

After a long flight and a 40 minute line the representative said my car wouldn't be ready 2 hours. I was in town to see a sick friend with cancer the guy was no help. I was forced to upgrade my car and ended up paying twice what I was going to had the car I reserves was ready.

It was not with Hertz directly then my reservation had a problem and Hertz did not propose a solution directly. I had to solve it by myself. Then to pick-up the car they let me waiting for 10 minutes.... When I asked what was happening the Hertz representative told me "It is because you have a small car.... it is not here" And last, the final bill had a difference of almost US$50!!! An again, I had to call several times to have the right person to solve it.

they did not have a rental car for me on the day I was supposed to pickup to go out of town. I made my reservation and paid for it two months in advance just for them to tell me there is no car for me. Then they said they couldn't give me my money back, so I had to call the 1-800 number and stay on hold for 30 minute just to talk to someone and explain my situation. Finally they agreed and refunded my money which I have not received yet. The part that really upsets me is that they never had a manager or anyone reach out to me to just say sorry.
