Czech airline Wizz Air are offering flights around Europe on sale. 20,000 seats priced from € 23 one-way, including taxes. The airline flies to locations around most of Europe, including London Luton, Warsaw, Prague and Sofia. Travel between 15 January and 15 June. Book before 9 January.
Norwegian Air Shuttle has promised to illuminate the winter with bargains available from € 30 one-way including taxes. The Norwegian low-cost airline offers European destinations in their New Years sale, including Edinburgh, Copenhagen and Oslo. Travel until 14 April. Book by 10 January.
American Airlines will introduce two new flights to Mexico in February. American Airlines subsidiary American Eagle will operate daily services from Dallas to Queretaro and Veracruz from 10 February.
British Airways has announced a new service to Morocco. The British flag carrier will operate a thrice weekly service from London Gatwick to Marrakech come 16 April.
Google has joined forces with American carriers Virgin America, Delta and AirTran Airways to offer free in-flight Wi-Fi to all passengers on domestic flights.
Jet2.com has announced a new service to French city Brive. Situated in the Dordogne region, Brive will see twice weekly flights from Manchester starting on 21 May 2011.
Brussels Airlines will launch three new routes from Brussels. The Belgian carrier will operate weekly service to Agadir and Marrakech in Morocco, and Lamezia Terme in Italy.
airberlin will in May 2011 launch six new European routes. The new routes will fly from Basel to Malta, Cologne to Casablanca, Karlsruhe/Baden to Kos, Muenster to Catania and Olbia, and Zurich to Bodum.

AirAsia X has announced a sale in connection to their third anniversary. The Asian low-cost airlineare offering a range of discounted fares across its schedule. Up to 30 per cent discounts are offered on flights to destinations throughout Asia, Europe and Australia from Kuala Lumpur. Book by 4 November.
Airtran has announced a sale on domestic flights in the US. The American low-cost carrier has return fares available from € 58. Travel until 9 February 2011, but with blackout dates around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Book by 9 November.
easyJet has announced their first route from Leeds Bradford. This winter the low-cost carrier will operate a five times weekly service to Geneva on a seasonal basis, from December to April.
British Airways has launched a sale across all cabin classes. The British national carrier offers up to 25 per cent on Economy Class-, up to 36 per cent on Business Class- and up to 57 per cent on First Class fares. The sale offers discounts throughout its schedule. Book by 9 November.
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines will re-launch their service to Miami. The direct route from Amsterdam to Miami was cut in September 2004, but will re-launch on 27 March 2011. The service will operate four times weekly.
easyJet has announced 16 new routes for its winter schedule. The low-cost carrier will launch the new routes from 1 November 2010 throughout 15 February 2011. There will be new routes from Manchester to Amsterdam, Hamburg and Gothenburg, from Edinburgh to Basel, Cologne and Paphos, from London Gatwick to Luxor and Zagreb, from Bristol to Fuerteventura, Salzburg and Lyon, from Liverpool to Lyon, Grenoble and Brussels, from Belfast to Malta and from Leeds Bradford to Geneva.
Aer Lingus will launch a new service to France. From 17 December the Irish carrier will operate three weekly services from Shannon to Paris Charles de Gaulle.
Low-cost airline AirTran has announced a new sale on domestic flights. The American carrier has return flights available from ca. €60 for travel until 9 February 2011. Destinations include Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles and many more. A 10-day advance purchase is required. Book by 9 November.
Ryanair has announced yet another popular low-cost sale. One-way fares are available ca. €10 including taxes and fees to destinations across Europe. Travel from 9 November till 31 January 2011. Book at least 14 days in advance and no later than midnight tomorrow 28 October.
In other news, Ryanair will reduce flights to and from Frankfurt-Hahn by 30 per cent. 15 routes will be subject to reduced frequencies while services to Agadir, Berlin, Gdansk, Gothenburg, Klagenfurt, Prague, Santiago, Seville and Wroclaw will close.
SAS will in the summer of 2011 launch three new routes from Oslo and one from Stockholm. From Oslo six weekly services will fly to Munich, three weekly to Palma de Mallorca and two weekly to Split. From Stockholm there will be two new weekly services to Venice.
