Lufthansa are looking at a second cabin crew strike this year

Lufthansa are on their way to yet another cabin crew strike. The German airline will see a strike from its cabin crew as a follow up to the one day strike in February. There is a disagreement between the airline and its workers concerning wages and job security. The carrier is calling a four-day strike after Easter, from April 13-16.

Delta Air Lines has announced that they will be restoring three previously cancelled routes from Los Angeles. The three routes in question are flying to Columbus, OH, Hartford, CT and Raleigh, NC. Each route will fly from June 10 and operate once daily.

Transaero will launch two new routes within domestic Russia and Kazakhstan. From May 19 the Russian carrier will launch 2 weekly services between Moscow Domodedovo to Kostanay in Kazakhstan. From June 25 a twice weekly route will fly between Domodedovo and Yakutsk.
