Fees and Offers

According to Norways evening newspaper "Aftenposten", will travellers on Norwegian Airlines flights have to pay if they request a seat which is different than the one they have been allocated. In line with several other airlines, it will also be possible for passengers to reserve their favourite seat - against an additional payment. Fees vary according to route.

In other news from Norwegian, they still have thousands of tickets available for 199 DKK (or €26) one way. Out of Copenhagen we found tickets to Bergen, Dublin, Krakow, Stockholm, Prague and Oslo for travel in February. This offer will end on January 18th.

Starting May 20th, Ryanair will charge passengers a £5 surcharge per leg for printing out their electronic boarding pass - at the same time as it abolishes airport check-in desks. Anyone who turns up at the airport without their electronic boarding pass will have to a £40 for a "re-issue fee", four times the current fee to check-in at the airport. The airline did however say that promotional fares that are advertised as "Free," "€1" or "€5" are excluded from the new surcharge, though the £40 re-issue fee applies to all flights.

Book by January 26th and take advantage of tremendous fares from British airways - both out of the UK and via connections in the UK. Fares include return flights to New York available from £299, one-way flights to popular European destinations starting from just £39, London to Los Angeles  £389 return, London to Bangkok  £569 return, London to Sydney  £669 return and London to Dubai  £325 return.
