Transavia has announced it will open three additional routes out of Copenhagen. The new routes will serve Pisa, Montpellier and Napoli, with two weekly departures to Montepellier and three weekly routes Pisa and Napoli. Tickets are expected to cost around 400 dkr all inclusive and one-way and will be bookable from the beginning af April. Transavia already flies to Malaga, Alicante, Barcelona, Faro (Algarve), Rom, Tenerife, Las Palmas, Nice, Salzburg and Innsbruck from Copenhagen.

Book by February 3rd and take advantage of a 25% reduction on all EasyJet's routes. The offer applies to flights departing between February 4th and July 15th, covering 16 million seats on EasyJet routes. RyanAir will launch new routes from Gatwick to Marseille, starting March 30th and with a start-up offer of GBP 10 per flights for bookings made before February 3rd. In addition RyanAir will start East Midlands to Ibizia, starting March 31st and with fares starting at GBP 28 one way, taxes and charges included - but not baggage.
In other news, East Midland's airport has now opened a train connection with over 100 daily departures - making it easier for passengers to get to the airport.
Lufthansa has announced a number of offers enabling you to explore Africa - with special offers to Casablanca, Johannesburg and Lagos. Flights must be booked before February 3rd.
Danish carrier CimberSterling has announced a number of great offers as it starts up different routes following the takeover of Sterling. Copenhagen to Londow Gartwick from 198 DKR, Edinburgh starts March 29th with fares from 198 DKR, Nice starts February 9th and Malaga starts 10th February, both destinations with fares starting at 498 DKR. Finally Billund to Rome starts March 3rd and likewise costs 498 DKR. All fares are one-way and includes taxes etc.

Why not be inspired by Momondo's resident Prague blogger Jason Mashak and visit the Czech capital. Czech Airlines will add an extra daily flight between Copenhagen and Prague from it's summer schedule (March 29th), taking the total to 22 weekly flights between the two cities.

British Airways has revealed that Business class travellers will soon be able to benefit from in-flight internet and text messaging on its London City Airport to New York JFK Airport route. It will offer text messaging, as well as the capacity to send emails via the internet from laptops fitted with mobile data cards. Voice calls will not presently be allowed.
Norwegian will stop operations from Oslo to Moscow from February 9th and Aeroflow cut back their operations on the same route. Norwegian will continue to operate two weekly flights between Oslo and St. Petersborg.

Ryanair will launch over 20 new routes to three of its bases after announcing that they will add a new aircraft to its network. The routes will launch by the beginning of July and will operate new routes to Barcelona, Cagliari, Derry, Dusseldorf, Eindhoven, Knock, Leipzig, Limoges, Malta, Montpellier, Perpignan, Rimini, Rome, Seville, Toulon, Trieste, Wroclaw and Zadar from its bases at Alicante, Bristol and Edinburgh.
easyJet will from April 21 begin re-operating their route between Oviedo in Spain and Geneva in Switzerland. The service will operate twice weekly during the summer season.
Norwegian Air Shuttle has announced that they will launch three new routes from Stockholm Arlanda. The routes, which are set to begin operating in April, will fly to Chania in Greece, Faro in Portugal and Palma in Spain. Furthermore the airline will launch a route between London Gatwick and Aalborg, replacing the route previously operated by Sterling.
