Anyone who's been following the New York dining scene in recent years has heard a lot about David Chang. Since opening his first restaurant in 2003, the young chef has added three more East Village eateries. These four outposts of the Momofuku empire are each quite different in conception, but they all have a few things in common: prestige ingredients, inventive combos, and an incredible amount of hype. For serious eaters, no trip to the big apple is complete without a bite of the lucky peach.
