EVA is punctual and safe. Everything else pretty horrible. If your in first class they treat you wonderful but anything else and they are rude. EVA continues to take space from economy to give to the individual apartments (first class) in the front. The flight conditions are barely humane. Oh and the food is also pretty bad-even for airlines.
Love the service the crew provided, very polite and patient. Schedule wise could've been better, I missed my connected flight because the NYC-Taipei flight was delayed, luckily EVA was able to put me onto the next available flight, but my whole schedule was delayed due to that.
Fantastic crew!! Great business seats! Bring your own sweets though as those choices are not great and need improvement.
I requested aisle seats when I booked the flight. My request was ignored.
On-time flight with easy check-in and good cabin service. Short flight (2.5hrs) which did have in-flight lunch meal. No seat-back entertainment system (or phone charging) but did have drop-down monitors above the seats for those wanting to watch the movie that was available.
